Fencing - Estimator/Project Coordinator

Our client specialises in Chain Wire Fencing and is a Brisbane‑based company established for over 25 years, with an exceptional industry reputation. More than 75% of their business comes from repeat customers, a testament to their quality and reliability. The company manufactures and assembles fencing materials onsite and operates a wholesale and retail outlet that serves both trade professionals and the public. The Role As part of the estimating team, the successful candidate will receive and manage project inquiries of varying sizes, listen to clients, research and confirm project requirements (including site visits), prepare professional estimates, and once quotations are accepted, oversee projects through to completion. What You'll Do Engage with customers, coordinate site visits, prepare quotes, and manage projects through to completion Problem‑solve and provide clients with appropriate fencing solutions Lead and support installation teams, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes Assist and collaborate with team members across various functions Undertake additional related responsibilities as required What You'll Bring 1‑5 years of estimation experience in chain wire fencing A strong “quality and customer first” mindset A team‑oriented attitude and a good sense of humour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand client and team needs Full Australian work rights Above‑average industry salary and benefits package.
