This is an influential executive leadership role for a strategic commercial leader who will shape and deliver a contemporary sourcing and supply framework that drives enterprise-wide value, operational reliability, and commercial performance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Strategic Sourcing and Supply will lead a high-performing, customer-focused function that moves beyond transactional procurement to deliver strategic partnerships, sustainable value, and commercial innovation. This newly elevated leadership role sits at the centre of CS Energy’s transformation—working alongside the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Leadership Team to create a sourcing and supply ecosystem that underpins business strategy, risk management, and performance excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of CS Energy’s Strategic Sourcing and Supply Strategy, aligning commercial objectives with enterprise goals and asset plans. Build strategic partnerships and supplier relationships that improve supply resilience, deliver innovation, and drive long-term value. Strengthen governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, ensuring transparent, efficient, and sustainable operations. Integrate sourcing, contract management, warehousing, inventory, and logistics functions to enable seamless, data-driven performance. Embed systems, analytics, and performance metrics that enhance decision-making, track value creation, and measure impact. Foster a commercially astute, values-led team culture, building leadership capability and accountability across sourcing and supply disciplines. Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing enterprise strategy, investment decisions, and major project delivery. About You You are a strategic and commercially astute leader with a proven ability to deliver meaningful business outcomes through influence, insight, and execution. You bring a deep understanding of commercial management, contract negotiation, and supplier governance, coupled with the ability to influence across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Experienced in asset-intensive, regulated, or large‑scale organisations, you are known for building trusted partnerships, aligning competing priorities, and driving high-impact results. You have successfully led change across commercial, operational, or enterprise functions—modernising systems and processes, embedding data and analytics, and enhancing governance to drive measurable performance improvement.
