The Role Join Bega Group as the Head of Milk Supply, leading Australia's largest milk sourcing operation. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape strategy, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure sustainable, high‑quality milk supply for our business. Preferred location is Port Melbourne, but we are flexible for the right candidate to be based in any of our sites nationally - Hybrid work environment. A Tool of Trade (motor vehicle) will be provided, as there will be interstate and regional travel required. Responsibilities Develop and implement milk supply strategies aligned with short‑ and long‑term business objectives. Lead and empower a national team to deliver on strategic plans and KPIs. Negotiate supply agreements and ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards. Represent Bega Group at industry forums and lead key stakeholder meetings. Drive initiatives such as the Bega Better Farm Program and sustainability projects. About You Extensive experience in the dairy industry, with strong commercial acumen. Proven leadership in supply chain, procurement, or agricultural operations. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Holds an agri‑business or commercial tertiary qualification.
