Senior Marketing Campaigns Specialist

Are you an experienced marketing professional who enjoys shaping strategic campaigns that produce measurable results? If so, look no further. Findex are looking for a motivated Senior Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our team on a 12-month max‑term contract (maternity leave cover). You will ideally be based in Brisbane and surrounds; however, we are flexible on location within Australia for the right person. In this role you will lead the planning and delivery of multi‑channel strategic marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand, generate demand, and support our growth priorities across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with our performance marketing, content and design teams, as well as subject‑matter experts and business stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are well planned, data‑informed and executed with precision. Your role, your contribution Develop campaign strategies informed by business priorities, audience needs and commercial goals Build campaign plans that outline objectives, messaging, channel approach, and performance measures Coordinate the implementation of campaigns in partnership with our in‑house digital, content and design teams Work closely with performance marketing specialists to monitor paid media activity, assess performance and identify optimisation opportunities Assist with email marketing and nurture programs, managing segments, workflows and performance reporting that support early‑stage engagement Analyse campaign outcomes using data from CRM and reporting tools, translating findings into actionable insights The benefits of joining us Hybrid working environment that offers great flexibility, allowing you to work from home and office Work across national lead generation campaigns, working with a collaborative in‑house team of marketing professionals Engage with a culture that values continuous improvement and innovation What you bring to the role : Experience in campaign strategy, planning and execution within a fast‑paced, multi‑channel marketing environment Strong analytical capability with confidence evaluating performance, interpreting data and forming evidence‑based recommendations Proficiency with digital marketing channels, including email marketing and paid media Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems, and an understanding of campaign attribution and segmentation Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint If this role sounds like a good fit - Apply now Our Impact : Why Findex?
