We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join their Brand & Marketing team, leading the delivery of high-impact, multi‑channel campaigns that connect with future students and elevate brand presence across Australia. About the Role Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns designed to meet domestic student load targets and strengthen their brand. You’ll work closely with digital, media, and creative partners to deliver best‑in‑class marketing activity across paid, owned, and earned channels. From strategy to execution, you’ll drive campaigns that are on‑brand, on‑time, and on‑budget — while leading and mentoring a marketing specialist to deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Do Manage the annual programme of multi‑channel campaigns to achieve student recruitment and brand objectives Develop and deliver campaign and media strategies aligned to organisations overarching marketing goals Lead the creative and media agency relationship — from briefing to asset development and deployment Collaborate with internal teams including Future Students and Marketing Automation to integrate data‑driven strategies and nurture journeys Analyse performance, deliver actionable insights, and report campaign outcomes to key stakeholders Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and ROI About You You’re an accomplished marketing campaign manager with a strong understanding of digital, paid media, and marketing automation. You bring strategic thinking, creativity, and technical acumen — along with the ability to translate complex marketing goals into campaigns that deliver measurable impact. Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience in marketing Strong knowledge of marketing automation and integrating conversion activity Expertise in brand and reputation marketing with sound governance principles Advanced content writing and storytelling skills across multiple channels Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills Experience managing budgets and leading teams within a complex environment Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Marketing Industry Higher Education #J-18808-Ljbffr
