About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and delivery of ATL campaigns, oversee sponsorships, and research. This is a permanent full‑time role and sits within our Marketing team and plays a key part in shaping our communication and acquisition strategy. You’ll take ownership of campaign direction—analysing client needs, market trends, research, and competitor activity to define messaging that resonates. From planning to execution, you’ll manage campaigns across offline channels, ensuring they deliver measurable results. You’ll also foster strong relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life. We specialise in nine major areas of plaintiff law, including Road and Work Injuries, Superannuation Insurance, Medical Negligence, Institutional Childhood Abuse, and Public Liability. What You’ll Do Lead the development and delivery of ATL marketing and advertising campaigns to drive leads and open matters Oversee sponsorships at a local and national level Contribute to advertising strategy for practice area campaigns Analyse performance data and provide insights to optimise creative assets across digital and offline channels Drive quarterly communication planning, including creative briefs for designers and copywriters Project manage campaign logistics from concept to implementation Support annual brand marketing programs and develop new marketing materials Manage relationships with creative, research, and brand agencies The experience we are looking for You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering campaigns that make an impact. You thrive on collaboration, data‑driven decision‑making, and creative problem‑solving.
