Job Description The Marketing Manager – Campaigns sits within the ANZ Country Marketing team. It reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager - Integrated Campaigns and is experienced in building highly engaging and integrated campaigns that connects with our customers and align and support the country plans for SEEK. The primary focus of the role is to own and lead the through the line campaign activity for all marketplace campaigns across AU and NZ. Responsible for owning and leading the campaign planning process for all campaigns that have been identified on the communications roadmap in order to deliver on the country plans for both AU and NZ and ultimately deliver to SEEK’s brand vision Lead campaign activity from briefing, creative strategy and development, media strategy & buying and implementation through to performance and continuous optimisation Lead cross‑functional teams to develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Collaborate with country leads, customer teams and channel experts to ensure the creative strategy/idea is aligned during implementation Develop campaign planning processes that deliver timely, effective campaigns to market. Take into account working with a team of internal experts, as well as numerous agency partners Interpret media plans and lead agencies through creative development with clear, on‑brief feedback Maintain expert knowledge of media landscape innovation and optimise campaign performance to deliver on business KPIs Manage campaign budgets with accurate forecasting and reconciliation to finance Provide day‑to‑day agency management and input into review processes to drive engaging, effective campaigns Qualifications Extensive consumer or marketing campaign experience Marketing campaign management experience including: Integrated planning Creative development for integrated campaigns Media strategy, management and implementation Understanding of paid, owned and earned channels Proven creative thinking and execution of effective communications Insightful measurement across media & creative Media strategy, management and implementation expertise across paid, owned and earned channels Experience managing large budgets and agency partnerships (creative and media agencies) Strong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign performance and generate insights Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior and cross‑department teams Additional Information Annual Performance Bonus Plan Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.
