What You'll Be Doing This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and financial stability of the organisation. You will manage all core bookkeeping and accounting functions, supporting informed decision‑making and smooth day‑to‑day operations. Managing accounts payable and receivable: including timely invoice processing and debtor follow‑up Performing bank and credit card reconciliations and assisting with monthly and quarterly financial reporting Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS, maintaining compliance with ATO requirements Supporting fortnightly payroll processing: including entitlements, deductions and superannuation reconciliations Identifying opportunities to streamline financial systems, procedures and reporting What You’ll Bring You’re an organised, detail‑driven finance professional who takes pride in accuracy and keeping things running smoothly. You bring: Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and reporting Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Confident communication skills when liaising with team members, suppliers and external partners Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies Experience with accounts, payroll support, BAS/IAS and financial reporting Qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping or finance, and proficiency in Xero, MYOB or similar Make a meaningful impact in a role that values you and supports your growth.
