Responsibilities Undertake internationally competitive research, publish in high‑impact journals, secure funding, supervise postgraduate students, and foster industry collaborations. Contribute to teaching programs, develop innovative curricula, deliver high‑quality learning experiences in plant sciences, precision agriculture, and mentor junior staff. Participate in strategic planning, promote public awareness, and uphold University values of diversity, inclusion, and ethical integrity. Manage performance, provide coaching and career development opportunities, allocate workloads, and ensure staff induction and training. Undertake administrative tasks, participate in professional development, and ensure occupational health and safety compliance. Qualifications PhD in a relevant field with an outstanding research track record. Exceptional teaching and curriculum development skills in plant sciences, crop production, and digital agriculture technologies. Proven ability to secure research funding and manage large‑scale projects. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical conduct.
