Casual Customer Support Assistant

At Kic, we’re on a mission to help change the relationship that people have with wellness and themselves and to do this, we’re looking for a Casual Customer Support Assistant to join our team over December and January to help us deliver exceptional experiences to our community. The Customer Support Assistant ensures every Kic customer and community member feels supported and valued. This role combines responsive customer service, community engagement across social channels, and hands‑on support with administrative and operational tasks. What you'll be doing: Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests for support via email, social media, and other channels. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively. Identify and report emerging customer issues to the relevant teams for resolution. Community Coordination: Continuously uphold the Kic tone of voice and brand when monitoring and engaging with the Kic community across socials (mainly Facebook and Instagram). Facilitate discussions, respond to comments, and moderate community-generated content. Strategic Project Support Support the Chief of Staff with a key strategic project for the business. What you'll bring: Availability to work every day during the week (Monday - Friday) for at least 3 to 4 hours per day. Availability to work on New Years Eve (31st December 2025), New Years Day (1st January 2026) and the 2nd January 2026. Experience working in a customer support or administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities, work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Ability to stay calm under pressure and not take things personally. Proficiency working with the Google Suite. Alignment to the Kic Values.
