The Opportunity As a Product Manager at Propel Health AI, you will own the direction and delivery of our product, working closely with engineering and customers to solve complex problems in healthcare data and analytics. You’ll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, defining priorities, and ensuring we deliver high-quality product outcomes that meet real customer needs. You’ll work hands‑on across product discovery, design, and delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and translate them into effective product solutions. This role offers meaningful ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to have a direct impact on how our platform is built and evolves. Propel Health AI is an end‑to‑end healthcare data and AI platform designed to make real‑world patient data accessible and actionable. We help healthcare and life sciences organisations ingest, harmonise (FHIR), and govern complex datasets, including de‑identification and consent management, and provide contextual AI tools for clinical research, population health analytics and clinical decision support. Our customers include specialist hospital groups, research institutions, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and medical device manufacturers using real‑world evidence to improve patient outcomes. Duties & Responsibilities Own the product roadmap end‑to‑end, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial outcomes Lead product delivery with engineering, taking ideas from problem definition through to shipped product Own UX and UI design as part of the product role, delivering high‑quality, development‑ready designs (e.g. in Figma) that clearly define user flows, interactions, and interfaces Work closely with customers to deeply understand their workflows and translate them into effective product solutions Make clear, well‑reasoned product decisions informed by user insight, data, and regulatory requirements Skills & Experience Expected 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in a growing software or technology company Proven experience shipping products in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments Hands‑on experience owning and delivering UX and UI design alongside product management responsibilities, with sound product judgement Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills Clear and effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Australian work rights are required for this role Desirable Healthcare or clinical workflow experience Experience working in lean or early‑stage teams with a high degree of ownership Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving requirements Benefits Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), so you share directly in the long‑term success and growth of the company Hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Brisbane office Meaningful ownership and impact in a well‑funded startup entering its scale‑up phase, with the opportunity to help shape our core platform from the ground up Clear opportunities for professional growth and progression in a fast‑moving startup, with the chance to deepen ownership as the business scales Application Process Initial 30‑minute conversation to discuss the role, your experience, and what you’re looking for Product‑focused interview or exercise, depending on background and experience Cultural interview Propel Health AI is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
