We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse in Charge (Registered Nurse) to join our dedicated team at Dorset Lodge Management Pty Ltd, located in Croydon, VIC. In this leadership role, you will oversee the clinical care of residents in our residential aged care home and support a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services. Key responsibilities include resident health assessments, developing and implementing individualised care plans, safe medication management, wound care, and responding to emergencies. You will provide guidance, mentoring and supervision to Personal Care Assistants and other staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The successful candidate will hold a current AHPRA RN registration , have a minimum of 2 years’ nursing experience in aged care or a hospital setting, and demonstrate strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
