Circa $175k + Super salary Exciting Group FP&A Manager role Fast moving business with lots of change Join a large engineering services and faculties maintenance group, currently leading the way across the sector. With a fast-paced analytical role, you play a critical role in the group FP&A team of an industry leader, whilst gaining new skills from great mentors. This is a hands‑on role with no direct reports so you must be happy to roll your sleeves up and enjoy being in the detail ABOUT THE ROLE Support the Senior FP&A Manager with responsibility for the efficient production and distribution of all financial & performance results and operational analysis for the various divisions. This is a critical Group consolidation FP&A role working with the Divisions and C‑Suite business partners. DUTIES Prepare budgets and forecasts for the group, consolidating various divisions' results; Prepare Group reporting for dissemination to the C‑Suite; Partner with the business and provide financial direction to various stakeholders; Review and interrogate financial information and systems with a view to validate, challenge and improve; Contribute to the Finance Strategy of the business; Incorporate analytical methods and models to identify improvement opportunities and drive strategy across the group; Opportunity to help with due diligence requests for M&A opportunities SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong communication skills required Experience in management accounting, ideally in a Group reporting role Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role post ideally Big 4 experience Ideally experience in engineering services, facilities maintenance or other service / project-based businesses Qualified CA or CPA Expert Excel skills BENEFITS Fast tracked career development Great team culture Exposure to senior stakeholders If this sounds like the role for you, please ideally apply via the link or contact Dave Goldbach at Reference number : Profession : AccountingFinance Manager Company : AXR Date posted : 11th Nov, 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
