About the Role We’re seeking a detail driven Graphic Designer to lead the design of on court basketball kits and off court apparel collections. If you have a passion for sport, especially basketball and experience in apparel or product design, this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll transform client briefs into polished, brand compliant designs across Nike and Jordan ranges, working closely with clubs, associations and elite programs. Creativity meets precision as you balance design flair with strict production, licensing and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Own Brand & Compliance – Champion Nike and Jordan brand standards, colour palettes, and licensed graphic rules. Keep every design league compliant and club approved. Master Nike “Build To Order” specs, including NBL1 jersey requirements. 2. Drive Production Ready Design – Design with manufacturing in mind—know what works for sublimation vs embellishment. Anticipate printer limitations and cost impacts before they happen. Deliver pixel perfect files ready for production. Build and maintain templates that speed up design and reduce errors. Keep assets organised and accessible across Click Up, Google Drive, and DAM. Ensure every design follows structured processes for efficiency. Turn briefs into standout, compliant designs for on court and off court apparel. Create diverse uniform sets with precision. Handle Indigenous artwork with cultural respect and accuracy. 5. Apply Apparel & Basketball Insight – Design across Nike and Jordan silhouettes with performance features in mind. Customise everything from hoodies to socks with brand integrity. Understand basketball pathways to design appropriately for each level. Skills & Attributes Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop; advanced skills preferred Ability to learn and apply technical guidelines quickly Strong communication and collaboration skills Organised, efficient, able to manage multiple design requests and deadlines Ideal Candidate Experience in sportswear, teamwear, and/or designing apparel General understanding of the local sporting and/or basketball landscape. Experience preparing production files and working within strict parameters Understanding of post embellishment techniques (DTF, sublimation, heat press etc) #J-18808-Ljbffr
