Live Well Home & Community – In‑home Care Workers We are looking for caring, dedicated individuals to provide in‑home support to elderly clients across various locations, including Geelong, the Central Coast, ACT, and other suburbs. This role offers flexible hours, short shifts, and a competitive hourly rate. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and laundry. Provide support for self‑management strategies and care coordination to ensure holistic client needs are met. Travel to client homes as needed, ensuring reliable transportation and valid driver's licence. Work within a supportive, flexible environment to make a meaningful impact. Qualifications Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence. Experience in in‑home aged care and knowledge of self‑management strategies. Strong communication skills; proficiency in Croatian, Italian or Tamil is desirable, depending on client needs. Open to short shifts and casual employment arrangements. Benefits Competitive hourly rate ($38.56–$42.27 depending on location). Flexible working hours and short shifts.
