This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective rostering of client services across our home care network. You will play a key part in delivering personalised, integrated, and high-quality care by aligning staff skills with client needs and preferences.We have 2 **Part-Time** roles available (16.5 hours per week):**Role 1: Friday to Sunday - 6am-12midday****Role 2: Friday to Sunday - 12midday-6pm****Great work/life balance, competitive hourly rate plus weekend penalty rates****In your new role, you will:*** Manage accurate and timely rostering of services to meet client needs and organisational standards* Act as the first point of contact for care staff regarding rostering requirements* Ensure compliance with aged care standards, funding requirements, WHS, and enterprise agreements* Collaborate with clients, their support networks, and care coordinators to uphold client choice and dignity* Monitor KPIs related to travel time, missed services, and labour hire* Provide training and support on rostering systems and processes* Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives**Our expectations are you will have:*** Experience with rostering systems and database management – we use AlayCare* Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems* Knowledge of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling across multiple sites* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills* The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to person-centred care and respect for diversity* An empathetic nature and have patience, particularly when dealing with our senior clients**Benefits of working with RSL LifeCare:*** Not-for-profit tax benefits - salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year.
