Join a supportive and growing team at Oak Construction Services We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to take charge of our daily rostering and scheduling. If you’re great at staying on top of details, communicating clearly, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect role for you. About the Role As our new Workforce Scheduler, you’ll coordinate bookings for our traffic management and labour hire crews, ensuring the right people are in the right place every day. You’ll handle bookings via email, phone, and SMS, enter them accurately into Traffio, and assign qualified staff to each shift. You’ll also assist with daily timesheet sign-offs, communicate with clients, and help coordinate overflow services when needed. The mornings and afternoons are usually busy, with some downtime during the middle of the day. This is a full‑time position based mainly in our Richmond office, with some flexibility to work from home at times. Occasional weekend work may be required for last‑minute bookings or changes. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills. Competence with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint. A calm and reliable person who can juggle multiple priorities. Someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment. Traffic control or construction experience is a bonus, but not essential. What We Offer $50,000–$60,000 + super (depending on experience) Supportive team environment with room to grow. Flexible working conditions with genuine work‑life balance.
