Team Leader – Park Amenity and Maintenance Team Leader – Park Amenity and Maintenance Parks Level 12 - $ 98,558.84 per annum + Superannuation 9 Day Fortnight Permanent Full Time Exciting opportunity to join one of Melbourne's largest municipalities. A key focus of the coming years will be working with the State and Federal Governments to establish Melbourne Airport Rail; to complete redevelopment of Sunshine and Albion Stations; and the realisation of the Sunshine Precinct Masterplan which will transform Sunshine into a CBD, vastly increasing local jobs, housing, businesses, services and tourism to provide for the many tens of thousands of people living, working and travelling through Brimbank. The role: Reporting to the Coordinator Park Amenity and Maintenance, we are seeking an Individual who can bring their skills and experience for: Leading and mentoring maintenance teams to deliver high‑quality, well‑presented public spaces and excellent customer service. Driving continuous improvement in maintenance programmes, systems, and processes, including KPIs, audits, and a strong culture of safety and performance. Supporting Sunshine Depot operations (security, contractors, emergency management and fire prevention). To be considered you will have: Local government experience is desirable. Demonstrated experience leading field‑based maintenance or operations teams, ideally within parks, open space, or amenity maintenance. Proven ability to implement and monitor work programmes, KPIs and audits to meet service standards. Strong commitment to workplace safety, team culture, and collaborative service delivery.
