Location: Marymount College – Burleigh Waters (S) Start date: 27/01/2026 Work hours: 30.00 hours per week Salary: $86,601 – $124,725 + Tier 1.2 ML Allowance + super Employment status: Full‑time Application closing date: 01/12/2025 Contact: (07) 5586 1*** About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for: Leading the designated programme in the school Coordinating staff engagement in the programme in keeping with the school’s values and ethos Regularly communicating with stakeholders (students, parents, school staff and other personnel) to ensure smooth operation of the programme Managing financial and material resources, including formulating budgets and expending allocated funds Organising programme activities, including resources, transport, operations and staff schedules About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Hands‑on leadership and programme management experience, having coordinated a designated programme Confidence in working collaboratively with staff, aligning with a school’s values and ethos Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, staff and external stakeholders Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource allocation Strong organisational skills to manage programme logistics Registered or eligible to be registered as a teacher in Queensland Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Why choose BCE Join the largest Catholic Diocese in Queensland and develop your personal and professional goals.
