Experienced Bobcat / Skid Steer Operator Required, Full-Time Work, Perth Based Seeking experienced bobcat / skid steer operator for immediate start (PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE WITHIN (40MINS) FROM KENWICK AREA 6147, THIS IS NECESSARY FOR STANDBY/CALL-OUT SHIFT) About Us Instant Bobcats is a family owned and operated business in Perth, operating for over 15 years. We are looking for a skilled and motivated bobcat & tipper truck operator to join our rapidly expanding team, based at our truck yard in Kenwick. About the Role Job Role consists of water corporation on-site clean ups, installing temporary reinstatements in roads, verges and foot paths. Working in small, busy, public areas with skid steer and truck. Back-filling, compacting, laying temporary cold mix (asphalt). Cleaning up sites to a safe & tidy standard. Qualifications White Card Skid Steer Ticket HR open license Ideally has experience with the use of bobcat attachments (sweeper) The successful candidate needs to be available for shift / callout work (rotating roster including one weekend per month). About You You are a team player that possesses a can-do and positive attitude Previous experience min 2 years operating a bobcat and truck Have current HR license or above Strong communication and time management skills The ability to develop and maintain good working relationships Have your own reliable transport Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and night shift when required Benefits Full-time role (min 40 hours) Permanent Perth based position Uniforms supplied Phone Allowance Fuel Allowance Above award wages and penalty rates for overtime Great work environment and team We offer very competitive rates with overtime allowances, RDOs, uniforms, PPE and wages paid weekly. Specific remuneration of wages to be negotiated depending on your experience and skill level.
