It offers a unique blend of FIFO site work and administration at our head office on a flexible roster. The role provides exposure to prestigious clients in the mining industry within the Pilbara region, such as FMG, RIO and ROY HILL and the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. What you’ll be doing Coordinate and manage all site-based administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth daily operations Support Site Managers and project teams by maintaining accurate records of timesheets, purchase orders and mobilisation/demobilisation details Process and verify invoices, cost summaries and variations in line with company and client requirements Monitor and reconcile daily timesheets to ensure accurate recording of personnel and equipment hours, addressing any discrepancies promptly before submission Effectively prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced site environment to meet strict deadlines and ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time What you’ll need Two years site administration experience in the Pilbara – highly desirable Ability to work autonomously and show initiative High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Sound verbal and written communication skills To be a team player with the ability to form strong relationships remotely What you’ll get Join our Rewards and Recognition program for monthly, quarterly and annual prizes Access to Mammoet’s Employee Assistance Program Promote our values of Love the Work, Take Care, Perform as a Team, Results Count and Be responsible Join a team where you are an important member of a close‑knit community of professionals Salary packaging and novated leasing options on offer How to apply If you feel this role is for you, please click the “Apply” link to start your application or email a copy of your CV to ***************@mammoet.com.
