Summary Bring your expertise in financial operations, process development, data analysis and team leadership to an exciting role where you'll support school success Join our FisherONE online learning team as a School Finance Officer and play a key role in financial processes that support innovative education delivery. Location Fisher One Mt Gravatt Work hours hours per week (Term Time only school holidays unpaid) Status Full time or part time (flexible work) About the opportunity In this position you will be responsible for : Overseeing the development, maintenance and operations of relevant systems and resources and recommending improvements to processes and procedures Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to the financial operations of the school Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration and activities Reviewing, developing and implementing processes and systems that enable effective financial management consistent with the school's strategic and operational objectives Supervising and training support staff as required. About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including : Proven ability to oversee and improve systems and resources Strong understanding of financial legislation, regulations and procedures Experience in managing procurement and budget administration Skills in developing and implementing effective financial management processes Leadership ability to supervise and train support staff Tertiary qualification at Diploma level in Finance or related field For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
