Bookkeeper / Office Manager – Full Time

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team in Yatala. This full-time, on-site role combines hands‑on bookkeeping with broader office management responsibilities, including supporting the General Manager, overseeing office operations and providing leadership and guidance to the Administration Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, reliable, and capable of managing both financial and administrative functions to support smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records Prepare, enter, and reconcile financial data across multiple systems Work within accounting software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information Collaborate with internal departments to support compliance and process accuracy Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager Oversee office operations and manage one direct report Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts management and reconciliation Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero / MYOB / Acumatica Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in the construction industry or similar field is highly regarded Simpro experience will be considered a strong advantage Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet tight month-end deadlines are essential What We Offer: Supportive and hardworking team culture Training across systems and processes Competitive salary based on experience, with annual KPI bonus opportunities Opportunities to grow with a well‑established business Stable, long‑term role within the CrimSafe Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
