Would you like to visit residents and provide conversation while you knit/sew/crochet? Some residents used to knit but are unable to now. They would love to watch you and chat. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
