We’re seeking a Full-Time Portfolio Manager – Mental Health , based in either our Bathurst or Dubbo Office (Wiradjuri Country) . As Portfolio Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the delivery of impactful mental health programs. You’ll lead with purpose, ensuring excellence across service delivery, compliance, and team performance. In This Role, You Will Provide strategic oversight for the implementation and performance of programs within the Mental Health portfolio Lead and manage employees and subcontractors to ensure effective program delivery Ensure compliance with funding agreements, the Clinical Governance Framework, and the Cultural Safety Framework Monitor program outcomes to meet deliverables, performance indicators, and quality standards Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to funders and internal stakeholders, including audit schedules, client satisfaction data, annual plans, and evaluation outcomes What’s In It For You Make a Real Impact: Your work will directly contribute to improving the health and well-being of regional Australians, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.
