About the Role Echuca Regional Health is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee and guide our Supply Warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively Work closely with the Purchasing & Inventory Supervisor to support daily supply operations Manage rostering, staffing allocation and assist with recruitment and performance reviews Oversee stock handling, distribution and maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested Qualifications / Experience Required Physical capacity to undertake manual handling Demonstrated experience with computers and software programs Strong literacy and numeracy skills Advanced communication skills Ability to work both autonomously and within a team Experience coordinating small teams in a professional environment Experience working in a supply, logistics and warehousing Why Work at ERH?
