Team Leader - Disability Support Accommodation Woodbine Inc. is a leading disability provider located in Warracknabeal and Echuca. We are currently seeking a skilled, energetic and responsible person who has an interest in developing their leadership skills, to fill a Team Leader position within Accommodation Services. Apsley is home to five (5) people with support needs. The position is for a minimum of 55 hours per fortnight, as rostered, and includes dedicated administration time. The Team Leader is responsible for the efficient and effective day to day operation of Apsley. The Team Leader will be responsible for a team of staff and, in consultation with the Manager of Home and Living and General Manager Services, will ensure that every individual resident receives uninterrupted, high quality support. The successful candidate will have: Relevant industry based qualifications and/or experience. An interest in developing their leadership and management skills. An understanding of the implementation of the NDIS and TAC and the supports available. A commitment to the inclusion of people with a disability into the local community. A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement. Applicants must hold and maintain a current Victorian Drivers Licence as well as Level 2 First Aid and CPR certificates.
