Job Type: Contract position | Part time position Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Quality Management Coordinator to oversee client incident management, infection reporting, staff incident management, oversee progress notes, and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate client incident management and serious incident reporting system (SIRS) with the care team. Manage infection reporting and collaborate with relevant staff to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain accurate data entries for client care plans and update records accordingly. Contribute to emergency planning and management initiatives to ensure readiness and compliance. Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Maintain and update the relevant register, including risk, incident, feedback, compliance, read progress notes, and continuous improvements. Prepare monthly reports for the Board highlighting incidents, improvements, and quality initiatives. Collaborate with teams to identify trends and implement strategies to reduce risk and enhance service delivery. Key Requirements Proven experience in a healthcare or aged care environment. Strong understanding of infection control, workplace health and safety, and emergency planning. Excellent organisation, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for management. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work proactively across teams. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
