This opportunity is for ideally an immediate start but we are flexible to start between now and mid-Jan 2026. The Senior physio caseload consists of musculoskeletal physio and health coaching clients and we are looking for a similar replacement with similar experience Ideally you have a special area of interest within private practice - we currently have physios with special expertise in gym based rehab, manual therapy, contact sports, remedial massage and cupping and occupational health The role The hours required for this role are anywhere from 28 hours to 38 hours a week for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to full time employment) You will be replacing an existing fulltime therapist with a busy caseload that you will step straight into and not have to build up You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit a special area of interest Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience Our preferred candidates will have 5+ years in private practice, and our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience. This is not a position suitable for new graduate therapists, or therapists who do not feel confident building and sustaining a full caseload Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists’ salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $60+ an hour Annual salary will range from $100,000 to $150,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications) Your salary package includes a bonus structure which allows you to take home an extra $20,000-$30,000 per year in performance based bonuses You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, world class external paid mentors the clinic engages and the clinic hosts 1-2 onsite physiotherapy professional development courses a year Our clinical mentor is highly skilled 19+ year experienced private practice physiotherapist who will mentor you on a weekly basis We welcome the opportunity to meet you and lead you through a professional process to not only determine your fit for Pro Physio+ but also whether we are the right clinic for you and the next stage in your private practice physiotherapy career.
