We’re looking for a Instructional Designer – Technology Enablement to help drive adoption of new systems and tools across our teams. You’ll translate technical know-how into engaging, user-friendly learning experiences that stick — whether that’s through videos, reference guides, workshops, or quick‑hit microlearning. What You’ll Do Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, IT, sales leaders and change leads to identify learning needs for new technologies and system updates. Design and develop engaging learning assets — from eLearning modules and quick reference guides to videos, manuals, and facilitator packs. Turn complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning content for a range of audiences. Deliver and facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions to support smooth tech adoption. Continuously improve content using learner feedback, completion data and adoption metrics. Keep materials current, scalable and relevant, working closely with L&D teammates and subject matter experts. What You’ll Bring Proven experience designing blended or digital learning for system rollouts or tech‑related change. Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design best practice. Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive, user‑friendly learning. Confidence presenting and facilitating across both technical and non‑technical audiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience building learning for platforms such as HRIS, CRMs, LMS, diallers or AI‑enabled systems (bonus points for sales‑environment experience). Qualifications Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) – required. Degree in HR, Psychology, Education or a related field – highly regarded.
