Senior Instructional Designer – Senior Instructional Designer Randstad HR Partners Join Randstad HR Partners to apply for the Senior Instructional Designer role. The role focuses on the Retail and Contact Centre revamp, requiring high resilience, focus on delivery and outcomes, and experience from highly regulatory industries such as financial services, insurance, and banking. Job Overview Location: North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia Employment type: Temporary Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Job function: Education and Training; Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Responsibilities Drive the end‑to‑end design and delivery of contemporary learning experiences for the Contact Centre re‑vamp project. Translate current processes and capability gaps into clear, engaging, and accessible learning content. Create a variety of learning materials, including e‑learning, facilitator guides, quick reference tools, and performance support tools. Work independently, demonstrating a hands‑on approach and a strong focus on delivery and outcomes. Manage constant reprioritisation and multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications & Experience Proven Instructional Design experience with the resilience and capability to work in a large, complex, and fast‑moving organisation. Strong capability and knowledge in contemporary learning design practices. A proven ability to operate autonomously and manage a dynamic workload, including constant change and shift. A focus on delivery and achieving tangible outcomes. Experience working in a Contact Centre and/or Retail environment is highly advantageous, though not essential.
