We are currently seeking passionate educators to work in the OSHC program within a specialist school setting. If you are experienced in early childhood, OSHC, and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you. About Your New Role In this rewarding role, you’ll provide both individualized and group‑based support for children and young people with complex disability needs in a specialist school setting. With a high staff‑to‑student ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized support while always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants. Contribute to engaging programmes using industry‑leading planning tools. Assist the Programme Manager with preparation, set up/pack up and food preparation. Supervise, nurture, and inspire children to explore, learn, and play.
