With state-of-the-art facilities in Victoria and Queensland, the business offers end-to-end solutions - from formulation through to production and global distribution - ensuring every product is delicious, compliant, and commercially successful. Reporting to the CFO, the Procurement Manager will lead procurement strategy across local and international supply chains, supporting production planning and cost efficiency. This role requires hands‑on involvement in supplier negotiations, forecasting, overseas shipping, and compliance management within a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, coordinate documentation for shipping and customs, and ensure inventory levels align with production needs. They will handle insurance claims, foreign exchange contracts, and purchasing records in SAP, while working closely with QA, Production, and Finance teams to drive supply chain performance. Applicants should bring at least five years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex supply chains are essential. Experience with SAP and international logistics processes will be highly regarded.
