Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner/Psychologist (Full-Time, Independent Role) Location: Bibra Lake, WA + Metro Perth outreachWork-from-home: Admin days available About the Role Full-time position for an experienced, self-driven clinician Independent role delivering Positive Behaviour Support and Psychological services to NDIS participants High autonomy – design your own week and manage your own caseload Supportive management team – available for guidance while allowing freedom to work independently Rewarded for performance through transparent quarterly bonuses Opportunity for career progression into senior, lead, or management roles No turnover team – very positive, collaborative culture What’s on Offer Competitive salary + super , plus quarterly bonuses (up to or exceeding $10K annually) Professional Development Support: Up to $5,000 annually for study, courses, or supervision Study Leave: 8 days per year (valued at $2,908) Annual Leave: 4 weeks + 2 wellness days Travel reimbursement: Full coverage for time and kilometres Equipment provided: Laptop, work phone, and practice management software Flexibility: Structure your week around home-based admin and client travel Career growth: Genuine opportunities to step into leadership, supervision, or management positions Key Responsibilities Deliver psychological therapy and Positive Behaviour Support across all age groups Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop NDIS-compliant Behaviour Support Plans Coach and support families, carers, and teams to implement behaviour strategies Collaborate with coordinators, schools, and allied health professionals Produce concise, evidence-based reports reflecting your clinical judgement Access peer consultation and external supervision as needed What You’ll Bring General registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) and NDIS registration as a PBS Practitioner (Core or above) Demonstrated experience writing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans that reduce restrictive practices Confidence working independently in community settings Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening About the Organisation Therapist-owned, clinician-led allied health provider supporting individuals with complex needs Focused on empowering both staff and participants through evidence-informed, compassionate care Agile and supportive culture that values autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth Interested?
