Electrical Site Supervisor We are seeking a safety- and quality-conscious Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team based in Brisbane on a permanent full‑time basis. The role will involve a mixture of local work and FIFO work on upcoming construction works in the Snowy Mountains. In This Role, You Will Lead a team to deliver safe, productive, and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings. Report project status, including forecast outcomes with regard to time, cost, scope and quality when required. Maintain records of work‑in‑progress and communications in line with the project management methodology. Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities. Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work. About You To be successful you will have the following skills and experience: Experienced leading a team made up of leading hands, electricians, other trades, apprentices and non‑trades people on industrial sites. Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example. The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives. Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long‑term client relationships. Enjoy problem‑solving. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel. Quality Management experience. Budget management experience. Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.
