Electrical Site Supervisor – PHE Group We are seeking a safety and quality‑conscious Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Launceston on a permanent full‑time basis. Applicants from Launceston and nearby areas are encouraged to apply. In This Role, You Will Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality electrical and instrumentation installations in industrial settings. Report project status, including forecast outcomes with respect to time, cost, scope and quality when required. Maintain records of work‑in‑progress and communications in line with the project management methodology. Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities. Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work. About You Experienced leading a team made up of lead electricians, other trades, apprentices and non‑trade personnel on industrial sites. Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example. Ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives. Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long‑term client relationships. Enjoy problem‑solving. Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel. Experience in quality management. Budget management experience. Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company. Qualifications Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech TAS Electrical Licence High risk work licence with WP Class Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months White Construction Card C Class Drivers Licence Hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance About PHE Group PHE Group is an electrical and instrumentation contractor with more than 50 years’ experience.
