Charlton Christian College – Fassifern NSW 1 Year Fixed Term | Term Time Only (nominally 40 weeks/year) Charlton Christian College – Fassifern, NSW Charlton Christian College is seeking a welcoming and professional Receptionist to join our Student Services team for a 12-month period to support parental leave arrangements. This is a key front-line role, providing quality customer service to students, parents, staff, and visitors, as well as administrative support in the College. About the Role Provide a professional and friendly reception service, attending to phone calls, visitors and enquiries. Reception support is provided between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday during term time and during professional development weeks. Assist with student services, including student record keeping, first aid and parent communication. Process payments, prepare bank deposits and assist with enrolment administration. Maintain an organised, professional reception area and stay informed on College events. The Successful Applicant Will Have: A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and regular attendance in a local Christian church. Experience in a front-line reception role with strong administrative skills. Certificate II in Administration or equivalent experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems (TASS desirable). Current NSW Working with Children Check and first aid certificate with CPR (or willingness to obtain). Demonstrated experience in the following competencies: Following Instructions & Procedures Working with People Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations Planning & Organising Adapting & Responding to Change Commencement The role will commence on 21 January 2026. An opportunity for some paid training may be available in January, subject to negotiation. Salary & Conditions The full-time equivalent salary for this role is circa $74,000. As the position is term-time only (approximately 40 weeks/year), the actual pro-rata salary payable is approximately $57,000. This amount is averaged across the year to provide consistent fortnightly payments. The role is remunerated under the Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
