We have a brand new opportunity to join our team in the role of Traffic Allocator at our Gold Coast Office. About the Role: Ensure job orders are filled with suitable field workers. Keep up to date with field worker availabilities and allocate to suitable sites. Ensure all field workers have correct PPE before allocating. Ensure clock in/out times of field workers are accurate on a daily basis. Manage the field worker relationship by maintaining continuous contact. Accurately record and track week-to-week allocations of both casual and ongoing field workers and traffic control vehicles. Communicate effectively with the Traffic Manager to ensure all field workers and sites are compliant to legislation and safety standards. Ensure traffic utes have correct signage for allocated jobs and conduct periodic stocktakes of warehouse and utes to ensure adequate equipment is available. About You: Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel - experience in the use of FoundU would also be highly regarded. Have good decision-making capability whilst under pressure. Ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to work in a small team and unsupervised. Ability to work with structured approach and methods.
