We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred aged care services. As a Specialist, Quality & Compliance (Aged Care), you will play a key role in ensuring SHM's aged care programs meet internal and external standards through robust quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives. Click here to download a copy of the position description. Qualifications and Skills Experience in aged care quality systems, compliance, and clinical & care governance. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and participant-centred care. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and accreditation processes. Responsibilities Oversee quality reporting systems and support accreditation processes across residential and community aged care services. Manage continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Quality Standards. Support incident and risk management, complaints resolution, and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with other members of the Quality Team to align aged care quality efforts with SHM's broader quality framework. Coordinate audits, analyse data, and facilitate staff education to promote a culture of innovation and excellence. Contribute to outstanding participant experiences and SHM's reputation for aged care leadership.
