Key details Our Receptionist-Concierge’s are the first point of contact for our customers in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres and provide information and instructions to help guide our customers through the medical assessment process - making sure that customers are aware of what they need to do and why We’re looking for 3x part time Receptionist-Concierge positions available at our Brisbane centre: 1x Permanent part-time (Mondays and Fridays)1x Fixed term contract part-time (Mondays and Tuesdays) Starting in January 2026 until May 2026 1x Fixed term contract part-time (Wednesday to Fridays) Starting in January 2026 until May 2026 What you’ll do Centre hours can be from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and weekends 8am-4:30pm Conducting an identity and security check and escalating any identified risks Processing payments via EFTPOS Confirming customer documentation is completed to requirements and processing forms Confirming which examinations the customer is required to complete and explaining this to the customer Entering required data and information into customer management systems and databases Explaining the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensuring the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process Your background Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service-oriented and helpful approach Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and constant outcomes in a busy and repetitious environment Well-developed communication skills, with the ability communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and adapting communication style to meet the needs of the customer as well as conveying information and key points clearly and concisely Sound IT and computer The ability to work effectively within a highly structured environment driven by procedure and process, and adhere to established processes, quality standards and targets Why Bupa This isn’t your average Receptionist position.
