Food Process Worker – Mixing/Blending (Multiple Shifts Available) Location: Altona North, VIC Pay Rates Morning Shift: $32.06 per hour + super Afternoon Shift: $36.87 per hour + super Night Shift: $40.08 per hour + super Saturday Flat Rate: $48.09 per hour + super Sunday Pay Rate: $64.12 per hour + super Available Shift Times Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM About the Role We are seeking reliable and safety‑conscious Food Process Workers and Machine Operators to join the food processing and production team in Altona North. This role involves operating industrial mixing machinery, ensuring batch consistency, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Previous experience in food manufacturing is highly regarded, but full training is provided for suitable applicants. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial mixing and blending equipment Follow batch recipes and production instructions accurately Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards Clean and maintain machines and work areas to hygiene standards Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical faults Handle meat and other raw ingredients (must be comfortable handling meat products) Perform manual lifting of up to 30kg Ideal Candidate Prior experience in food manufacturing or willingness to learn Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks High attention to detail and commitment to quality Understanding of HACCP and GMP food safety practices Possess steel‑capped boots and a strong safety mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to shift schedules Must be willing to handle meat products Has own transport and full Australian working rights Notes: ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED. #J-18808-Ljbffr
