About your role : Work collaboratively with the Nurse Educator Clinical Placements and Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Educators, and other key stakeholders to maintain safety standards in patient care. Delegate and supervise nursing and midwifery students as required, consistent with the NMBA decision-making framework and standards of practice. Provide effective and efficient supervision and apply evidence-based practice principles in clinical education while providing leadership to nursing & midwifery students in the area of clinical allocation. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the nursing and midwifery students' orientation day and induction into the clinical areas and Inservice's for the learners, in collaboration with the Nurse / Midwifery Educators and Nurse / Midwifery Unit Managers.
