You will lead the design and delivery of workforce capability programs that build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce across Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS). About your opportunity: Manage the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Workforce Strategy and Capability services, including strategic workforce planning, capability development, leadership programs, and culture initiatives. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on workforce planning, talent pipelines, leadership development, and cultural transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, managers, and key stakeholders, supporting collaborative approaches and positive industrial and professional partnerships. Contribute to the broader People and Culture priorities, supporting the Director and Executive Director to embed innovation, cultural transformation, and workforce sustainability across CHHHS.
