They have vibrant offices in Melbourne, along with an established team in the Philippines. The Role This role suits an experienced Senior Tax Accountant who is confident with compliance and ready to step further into advisory, client interaction and leadership. You will work across a varied SME portfolio, supported by the Founder, with a clear pathway into future leadership and progression to Client Manager. Key Responsibilities Support and nurture a portfolio of SME clients Review and finalise work prepared by the offshore team Attend client meetings and contribute to advisory discussions Prepare tax planning reports and identify improvement opportunities Manage compliance across companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and workflow Mentor junior team members and develop emerging leadership capability To be successful in this role, you will have 5 to 7 years in business services or tax within public practice CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion) Strong technical grounding across tax returns, BAS / IAS and tax planning Confident with Div7A, CGT, FBT and GST Clear communicator who enjoys working directly with clients Keen to grow into a more advisory and relationship-focused role Proactive, detail‑oriented and committed to high standards Values growth, impact and being part of a supportive team Benefits and Culture Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience Potential for future equity in the business Flexible work arrangements, with a balance of in‑office and work from home options On‑site undercover parking in Chadstone and easy public transport Access to a vibrant and supportive co‑working community Annual team trip to the Philippines Opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team Mentorship and professional development opportunities How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced accounting professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
