Job Description As part of the corporate team based in Brisbane, the Senior Tax Accountant will work closely with the Tax Manager and the Finance Team to provide tax services for the business. Key responsibilities include: Managing GST and FBT returns in all jurisdictions Reviewing updates to tax law and assisting with the preparation of impact statements / advice Providing tax guidance and support to the Finance Team and the wider business Facilitating and providing in‑house training Assisting communications with external advisors and regulatory authorities Managing provisioning and clearing journals Reviewing and improving tax processes Assisting with international tax mobility requirements Providing support to HR / Payroll as required Other ad hoc tasks as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Tax Accountant should have: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business with a major in Accounting and/or Tax Previous experience in FBT and GST for Australia (essential), with international exposure preferred At least five years of Australian tax experience CA/CPA qualification What's on Offer Very competitive salary for the role and a high‑calibre team to work with.
