Clinical Nurse Educator – Mercy Health Australia Employment Type: Fixed Term part time until October 2026 Hours: 0.5 EFT – Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm Location: Werribee Mercy Hospital, Learning Team – Intensive Care Unit Upload with Application: Resume, cover letter, and all relevant qualifications Contact: Therese Eskilsson – About the opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join the MHVL Learning Team at Werribee Mercy Hospital in a fixed term part-time position. As the champion of education, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, facilitating and evaluating learning activities in the Intensive Care Unit for both staff and learners. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and guidance to enable the development of knowledge and skill. Work in partnership with the Learning Team and the Intensive Care Unit to ensure continuing professional development activities are in line with the delivery of clinical excellence. Identify and prioritise the professional development needs of nursing staff and learners. What you'll bring APHRA registration as a Registered Nurse Postgraduate qualifications in Intensive Care Nursing Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
