Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you Maximising site production by ensuring subcontract trade availability Scheduling and meeting trades on site Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your clients Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount and ensuring build qualities are to the highest standard Hand over your customers keys and settlement pack to your customer Qualifications Ballarat candidates preferred Experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry preferred Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades, a customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills Well versed in new homes contracts The ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines Implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken Benefits Metricon will offer you: Competitive salary Car Fuel card iPad Mobile Work on award‑winning Metricon construction projects Partner with your Construction Manager – Come for a career yourself rather than a job Clickhome Database training through your Construction Manager and our experienced Clickhome in‑house trainers.
