As the Site Manager for one of our Geelong Region stores, you will have the very meaningful role of leading the day-to-day store operations, ensuring your team build memorable experiences and making your customers D.I.Y. projects a reality. Your store will be your pride and joy - you'll use visual merchandising to your best advantage, aligning this to store marketing plans. What you can expect to be doing Coaching the team on GREAT customer service and safety behaviors, delighting our customers Driving Sales Growth Providing support, direction, and inspiration to your team Stock ordering - Displays and Standards Manage stock levels, inventory movement and loss prevention Ensure visual merchandising principles and stock availability are implemented to drive sales growth Manage all aspects of safety, health, and environment (SHE) for the store What you will bring Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced Retail, DIY, Timber and Trade setting A passion for customer service and building relationship with our clients for the long term A strong understanding of operations with a focus on growth within the Hardware sector, sales performance, and accountability Ability to coach, mentor and develop others for career succession and providing constructive and authentic feedback and support Working knowledge of rostering and workforce budgets Previous experience working to KPI’s and sales budgets What you can expect from us Purposeful guidance and support from your management team who are experts in the industries we have operated in for over 170 years here in Victoria An inclusive, diverse, and supportive environment Attractive team member discounts across our group of 8 stores A range of benefits, wellbeing, and corporate discounts including novated leasing If this role sounds like you, please submit a cover letter and resume to***********@faggsgroup.com.au.
