About the company/role Our client, a leading global beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support on-the-line quality checks, routine lab testing, and sensory sample preparation. This is a casual contract role available now until the end of February 2026, with potential extension. Ideal for food science graduates or candidates looking to start their career in QA/food manufacturing. You will work approximately 20 hours per week, with rotating shifts, and the possibility of night and weekend work. Full training is provided. Duties Conduct in-process quality checks on the production line Perform laboratory testing including water testing, brix, titration, and caffeine analysis Use of HPLC (highly advantageous) Prepare and organise samples for sensory evaluation Maintain strong HACCP and GMP compliance across manufacturing Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and escalate issues when required Skills/Experience Qualifications in Food Science or related fields Experience in a food testing lab or manufacturing (highly regarded) Strong communication, organisational and time‑management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Culture & Benefits Hands‑on QA experience with an iconic global brand Work with products supplied to major retailers, QSRs, and restaurants On‑site parking and close to public transport Supportive team environment with full training provided Application If you think this could be the role for you then please apply now Please send us a cover letter AND a detailed resume in WORD format (PDFs can be corrupted / not processed).
