Role: Customer Care Specialist (Dimensions Care Partner) Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples) Employment Type: Full-time Permanent opportunity Do you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service? Your Impact As a customer care specialist, you will play a pivotal role in solving day to day challenges and empowering our centre teams to focus on what matters most – supporting children and families. You’ll be the first point of contact for our rostering and time & attendance system enquiries, using your natural technology problem solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions. At Goodstart we call this a Dimensions Care Partner, forming part of our dedicated Dimensions system and labour support team.
